• All users of Sladders.com and our mobile apps (“the Platform”).

• Users must be 13+ to use the Platform.

• Users under 18 can only use a free Social Pass with parental consent.

• We will not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

• KYC data – ID documents, proof of address (for paid passes & prize payouts).

• Device & technical data – device type, OS, IP, browser, cookies.

4. Special Leaderboards & Promotions

• For some leaderboards (e.g., Team, Referrers, promotional competitions), you may win cash without needing a paid Play Pass or full KYC.

• In these cases, we may only process limited account and wallet details to pay your prize.

• We still reserve the right to ask for ID if we suspect fraud, underage use, or regulatory risk.

 

5. Cookies & tracking

We use cookies to improve your experience, personalise content, and analyse site usage. You can manage cookies in your device settings.

 

6. Sharing your data

We may share your data with:

• Payment providers (bank, card, eWallets) for deposits & withdrawals.

12. Marketing

• We only send marketing where you’ve opted in or where PECR “soft opt-in” applies (existing users).
