REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy explains your rights regarding subscriptions and payments.

 

1. General Rule

  • Subscription payments are non-refundable once used.

  • We do not provide refunds for unused time or user mistakes.

 

2. Statutory Cooling-Off (UK/EU users)

  • You have a 14-day cooling-off period under consumer law.

  • If you cancel within 14 days and have not used your Play Pass, you will receive a full refund.

  • If you have started using your Play Pass (e.g., entered predictions), you lose this right.

 

3. App Store Purchases

  • Apple App Store: All payments and refunds are managed by Apple. Contact Apple Support to request a refund.

  • Google Play Store: Refunds are subject to Google Play policies. You must apply through Google Play.

 

4. Auto-Renewals

  • Paid subscriptions auto-renew unless you cancel before renewal date.

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
